"We loved our stay at Tierra Viva Machu Picchu. Great communication and extremely helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered at a nice early start in the morning for Machu Picchu departures. Ice cold water, hot water, coffee and tea offered 24Hours. Also, they transport your luggage to the train station for you and have everything waiting for you when you get there which is so helpful. The location is right by the river and you don’t hear the loud train going by. Perfect stay and I would not hesitate to stay there again."

"Our stay at Inkary Hotel in Aguas Calientes was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely taken care of and Yenifer made the entire experience unforgettable. She is truly the most amazing host: warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. You can tell she loves what she does, and it shows in every detail. In the morning we were treated to fresh, homemade papaya, orange or pineapple juice that was out of this world, the perfect start before heading out to explore. It’s those thoughtful, personal touches that really set this place apart. After our trip to Machu Picchu, they went above and beyond by bringing our bags directly to the train station for us. That level of service made everything seamless and stress-free. If I could live here, I absolutely would. Inkary doesn’t just feel like a hotel, it feels like home. "The hotel was good for one night to visit Machu Picchu. It is never a 4 star hotel. The reception and the rooms are very tired, the food is not great. My room was very small, the beds creaked, the bathroom was tiny, the shower was not great. However, the location is very convenient and the staff are very helpful. "
