"No complaints. This hotel is right in downtown Granada, everything is accessible by walking or by taking a taxi which you can get right outside of the hotel. We were able to walk to the park and get a tour guide to do the inlets cheaper than what we would if we booked through the hotel or any third-party site. I definitely recommend going that route. We were also able to walk to all of the area restaurants and most of them were really great. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and has a nice clean pool so if you have kids that is a bonus. Housekeeping came every single day to clean the rooms and the hotel overall was extremely well kept clean."

"Le concept de l’hôtel en lui même est super. Je ne sais pas si c’était parce que ce n’était pas plein mais je m’attendais à un petit déjeuner style buffet. C’est la réceptionniste qui propose le café un bol de fruit et une omelette J’ai préféré prendre mon petit déjeuner à l’extérieur L’espace cuisine par contre donne pas très envie La réceptionniste est en même temps la cuisinière et la femme de ménage - franchement chapeau à elle super serviable"

El hotel queda en la parte mss peligrosa y sucia de la ciudad. Comdiciones imsalubres en el hotel y la severva que hice la cambiaron por una habitacion simple, sin aire acondicionado, y en condiciones insalubres. La experiencia fué terrible. "

"The property was nice but , no WiFi , swimming pool dirty, we paid to stay in a jacuzzi tub which was not working. Restaurant and bar closed at 8 pm really early. Getting to the property was complicated not enough info on the road and gps was taking us thru roads with dead ends. The property has so much potential and beauty ."

"The staff was amazing! However the facilities and the place is not in great shape. I would not recommend to anyone. The beach alone speaks for itself, too bad that the suites are in really poor conditions and bed not even comfortable, cleaning is poor too."
