About 150 metres from the house is the renowned “Rena Bianca” beach, and about 100 metres away is the town’s main square with bars, restaurants, and shops. The stunning Capo Testa beach is just a 5-minute drive away. The house is equipped with air conditioning (heating and cooling), a 58-inch TV, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a refrigerator, a freezer, a gas stove, an electric oven, a microwave, a stand mixer, and a coffee maker. Access to Rena Bianca Beach is limited from June 1 to September 30, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Admission tickets can be purchased on-site at the information desk, but it is recommended to book in advance through the dedicated webpage of the Municipality of Santa Teresa di Gallura.
