The private kitchen is fully equipped and was renovated in 2026 with a new dishwasher and a new electric oven with microwave function. Amenities include air conditioning and heating in the bedrooms and living areas, Wi-Fi, a new 55-inch Smart TV that connects to your phone via cable or Bluetooth, a Bluetooth speaker for your music, washing machine, baby cot, and a dedicated workspace. Self check-in offers you flexibility on arrival.



Outside, the private garden now features a beautiful pagoda (added in 2026) in the most scenic spot on the property—the perfect place to enjoy a sunset cocktail with the sea and islands as your backdrop, accompanied by your favorite music. There are also two covered terraces with spectacular views, a barbecue, a wood-fired pizza oven, and a wood-burning fireplace. An outdoor shower is available for cooling off after a sunny day. Children will love the dry-docked boat in the garden.



For parking, you have 3 or more on-site spaces, 2 garage spots, and street parking, plus a free electric car charging station powered by solar panels on the garage roof. One pet is allowed. Any events must be agreed with villa management in advance.
