Gute Lage, enttäuschender Zustand

Gute Lage und ordentliche Ausstattung, aber vieles ist veraltet und sanierungsbedürftig. Der Whirlpool ist defekt und kaum nutzbar; zudem ist er offenbar stark chemisch behandelt, sodass sich beim Einschalten der wenigen funktionierenden Düsen sofort Schaum bildet und ein intensiver Geruch entsteht. Müllentsorgung unpraktisch – getrennte Abfälle müssen rausgestellt werden für die Abfuhr an unterschiedlichen Tagen, danach stapelt sich der Müll in der Aussenküche.

Bella casa servizi pessimi

La casa anni 70 è molto bella peccato che la piscina non sia stato possibile utilizzarla a causa di una serie di guasti all’impianto da noi segnalati e nonostante gli interventi mai solleciti non sono stati mai risolti inoltre la pompa girava ininterrottamente giorno e notte causando un forte fastidio a noi e ai vicini

Tolles Haus zum Abschalten

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig, ausserhalb gelegen. Super zum Entspannen im GArten und im Pool und mit viel Privatsphäre. Mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen und nicht weit von Santa Theresa, wo es viele Shops und Restaurants gibt. Kleinere, ruhigere Strände ich kurzer Distanz. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Une maison de rêve à santa repara

Villa exceptionnelle. Jardin magnifique avec une piscine lagon, spa, douche extérieure. Très bien équipée Le seul bémol, la piscine n'est pas très pratique à vivre. les contours sont glissants et peu recommandés si il y a des enfants en bas âge (surveillance indispensable). Nous étions enfant donc aucun problème

Das Ferienhaus mit einem fantastischen Garten benötigt unseres Erachtens eine technische „Generalüberholung“. Bei unserem Besuch war der Whirlpool defekt und auch die Outdoor Kitchen war leider nicht vollständig einsatzfähig. Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht, ist absolut richtig. Leider ist man immer auf das Auto angewiesen, da Supermärkte, Bars und Restaurants einfach viel zu weit weg sind.

Sommerferien in privater Atmosphäre

Sehr schönes Haus mit großem wunderschön angelegten Garten und Pool. Sehr schön sind die beschatteten Terrassen und die Outdoor- Dusche. Großzügige moderne Zimmer! Einzig die Matratze des SchlafSofas ist qualitativ nicht die beste. Ein traumhaftes Urlaubshaus !!!!

Sehr schöne Villa mit tollem Garten und wunderschöner Lage. Pflege sowie Betreuung vor Ort ...top. Einziges Manko ist das ein Zimmer ein notdürftiges Doppelbett sowie kleines Bad hatte, also nicht gleichwertig. Es wäre sinnvoll darauf hinzuweisen. Aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau. Tolle 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Rückzugbereich. Top ausgestattete Küche sowie in jedem Raum TV. Gartenküche sowie Grill ebenfalls top. Komme gerne wieder.
