Here you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets and the crystal-clear sea among the granite rocks of Gallura. The house is surrounded by a spacious garden with furnished verandas overlooking the sea.



    Just 50 meters below the house, you’ll find a small beach perfect for snorkeling, and 800 meters away is the stunning white sandy beach of Santa Reparata with free access and available parking.



    Space

    This beautiful independent seafront villa is located on the first floor with no other guests. It features 2 bedrooms (one double, one single), a living room with a large single sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, outdoor shower, covered veranda facing the sea for dining with a view, a large outdoor barbecue area with fireplace and wood oven, and private on-site parking. The 80 sqm house offers all comforts: fast Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, Nespresso coffee machine (moka also available), washing machine, TV, beach towels, and a dedicated workspace. Self check-in is available for your convenience.
