100 sqm with 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 with 2 single beds) + a double sofa bed in the living room with fireplace and kitchen, 2 bathrooms, patio and BBQ, small terrace, closet with washing machine.
Possibility to bring your dog on vacation with you, a few hundred meters away there is also the Fido beach, equipped to host your 4-legged friend. Free access to the tennis courts in the village.

Semplicemente mozzafiato...la vista del mare e dell' Corsica dal dehor, il silenzio, i profumi. A poche centinaia di metri di macchia mediterranea da calette scogliose e da un'acqua cristallina e ricca di vita, a pochi minuti in macchina da Santa Teresa, se cercate un posto per ricaricarvi e nutrire lo spirito Casa Ruia fa al caso vostro. Inserita in un complesso residenziale vasto ma discreto. Casa spaziosa, curata, fresca, accessoriata il giusto. Marta e sua madre impeccabili nella loro gentilezza e disponibilità. Torneremo senza dubbio

Emplacement de choix

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Marta. Vue magnifique sur la baie de Bonifacio et petite crique à proximité à pied pour baignade rafraîchissante. Très belles plages environnantes avec accès en voiture. L’appartement est confortable, l’accueil a été parfait. Attention toutefois aux moustiques le soir, bien fermer les volets au risque de se faire piquer la nuit. A défaut d’une climatisation, une moustiquaire aux fenêtres seraient bienvenues. Cela n’a toutefois pas terni notre séjour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir chez Marta !
