In the outdoors, the urbanization invites you to enjoy the open air: swimming pool, landscaped area, picnic area, tennis court and play area for children, ensuring fun and unforgettable moments for the whole family.

Located on the Promenade, just 50 meters from the beach and close to all services, APTO SOLMAR is the perfect place for family vacations full of sun, sea, and tranquility, creating memories that will last a lifetime.

Santa Susanna is located on the beautiful Costa del Maresme, north of Barcelona, a vacation destination that perfectly combines Mediterranean beaches, tranquility, and an excellent leisure offer. 1. Prior notice of your arrival after 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM, a member of our team can deliver the keys to you, with an additional cost of 50€.

2. For clients arriving outside of business hours, HHR has safety boxes so that you can pick up the keys.

For data protection, you can be assured that upon departure, all digitized data will be deleted from the HHR computer system.

Calidad muy buena pero precio de alquiler desorbitados

Ubicación excelente ya que está a pie del paseo, la zona de piscina excepcional y la terraza fantástica. Al no tener persianas en el salón sería conveniente una cortina más opaca. En la habitación pequeña echamos de menos una mesita o mesilla para dejar nuestras cosas. El colchón de la cama de matrimonio no es muy cómodo ya que se hundía hacia el medio y nosotros no somos personas de gran peso.
