I loved everything about this property! It was so lovely and comfortable it really felt like home. Since it’s hard to tell from the photos, I will clarify that this unit is an attached annex of a private house. The entrance to the unit is in the back of the house through the patio doors. The interior is very clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. There’s a comfy bed with sparkling clean linens and a great bathroom. We enjoyed each having our own couch in the living room (there is a Smart TV so you can access your own streaming accts.) The patio was delightful for eating outside or just relaxing (but be prepared, it can be very chilly out there in the morning and broiling in the afternoon!) The kitchen is equipped with all essentials. There is a Keurig with a few pods provided but if you’re a coffee drinker, I suggest you bring your own stash.
The property is within a charming residential neighborhood with beautiful views and many walking trails. It was perfectly situated for exploring the wineries of Napa and Sonoma. Located right off of Hwy 12, it is within a half hour drive to many of the main wine towns in both valleys.
A shout out to owner Jacqui who has put thought and detail into every aspect of her property. She was also very prompt in responding to all my questions before and during our visit. I appreciated all the “green” initiatives as well (recycling and composting cans provided, solar energy, etc.) There is no doubt this will be our base for any future trips to Napa and Sonoma!
