Adagio B102's patio sits in front of the gulf front pool (heated in cooler months). Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
The kitchen is well stocked with everything from a crock pot to a shrimp pot. All of our YFAB condos have Keurig coffee makers as well as regular coffee pots. You will find blender, pots, pans, microwave, large refrigerator/freezer and a stand alone ice maker. Just outside the front door is one of the on site gas grills at Adagio - and we provide grilling tools for you.

The large dining area has a spacious table with chairs and a bench so that the whole family can enjoy meals. By the granite counter top are bar stools for extra seating. We want your family to feel at home at this upscale pool front condo.
We also provide a pack and play and high chair for your use. We find the pack and play fits well in the large walk-in closet of the master bedroom. Making it's own little nursery for the baby!
Adagio has a large sugar-white sand beach just steps from your B102 patio.
In addition to the gulf front pool that is heated in the cooler months, there is a second 8,000 square foot pool surrounded by chaise lounges, tables with umbrellas and shaded by palm trees. A fountain and waterfalls connecting this tri-level pool make for great family fun.
Included in your stay are two parking spots. Tents and canopies are not permitted on the beach per HOA rules. Guests are not permitted to bring pets per HOA regulations.
The 30A area is known for its biking trails and we provide two bikes for your stay. 5 miles from Seaside! We also send you our free digital guide book for access codes . We also share our favorite restaurants and the exciting events on 30A.

The Beach Chair service is available but not included. We recommend considering the beach chair service as the amount of space for personal chairs and umbrellas is limited.
Restrictions:
Condo is limited to ten people per HOA rules (ages two years and under not included in total) No Boats, RV's, golf carts or trailers. Must be 25 years or older to rent, no chaperoned groups.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to sixty days before arrival and receive your deposit back minus a $199 handling fee. No Refunds for cancellations made within sixty days of arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.

Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.
