The condo is fully furnished and equipped with smart TVs in the living room and kitchen, plus an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience.

Old Florida Fish House (overlooking Eastern Lake) offers waterfront dining with live music. Café 30A is a popular upscale-casual spot. Other nearby favorites include The Perfect Pig, Steamboat Grill, Surfing Deer, and Seagrove Village Market Cafe.     - The primary renter must be at least 30 years of age and must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay.

    Wi-Fi is provided but not guaranteed. No refunds will be issued for connectivity issues. Guests who require reliable internet are encouraged to bring a personal hotspot.

    Upon booking, you will receive timely communications and access instructions for our custom keyless entry system as well as the entry gate code.
