Let the breeze whisper through your hair as you sip an evening cocktail off your own private balcony while people play down at the beach. Use the fully equipped kitchen to turn that bag of groceries into a culinary triumph for your guests - the blender will make short work of those margaritas. Later, head down for an evening stroll with lapping waves and a canopy of starlight.

    For some great coastline activity, rent a few electric bikes from Pedego 30A. You can take them through 16 distinct beach communities along the 19 miles of the paved Timpoochee Trail on 30A to find tons of sights, shopping, and dining opportunities. Nature lovers can spot lots of rare birds at Grayton Beach State Park, part of the Great Florida Birding Trail, just four and a half miles west. While you're there, sample a local brew at Grayton Beer Brewpub right next door.

I loved the location and proximity to the beach! I was happy overall with my stay. The things that kept me from giving it an excellent is that it’s in need of some repair. Some of the electrical outlets didn’t work, towel bar missing in the room with the tub/shower, just some general updating needs done. However, I still enjoyed the fact that I was right on the beach with a great beach access and would probably book here again, just being hopeful a few repairs/updates had been done. My son and his family stayed right next door at Leeward 1 so it was perfect to be able to hang out on the beach with them! We were close enough to walk to a few places like Canopy Road and Pecan Jacks so it was a wonderful trip!
