Welcome to 'She Salty' on Scenic 30a, located within walking distance to the white sands and turquoise waters of the Emerald Coast!

Recently renovated, this 3 bedroom/3.5 bathroom condo can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. The fully-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and expansive bar seating. The open floor plan has large living and dining areas, and a 65" smart TV. The spacious balcony offers plenty of outdoor seating and spectacular views – the perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening beverage!

With only 10 units, Preserve Place offers convenient parking, fast elevators, and easy access. Amenities include deeded beach access with private shaded boardwalk, 4 newly resurfaced pickleball courts, 1 tennis court, ping pong and 2 pools!
The largest pool (western) is heated seasonally and located directly adjacent to the condo. The eastern pool is located on the opposite side of the community and directly across from the deeded beach access.

Beach access: Preserve at Grayton Beach deeded beach access (a 10 min walk to the east) OR Blue Mountain public beach access (a 10 min walk to the west)
You'll find the deeded beach access with private boardwalk much less crowded during peak season.

'She Salty' has backpack chairs, a beach umbrella, an all-terrain beach wagon, and beach towels for your convenience. You'll also find games, puzzles and books in the media cabinet for extra fun.

While you may want to spend all of your days soaking up the sun, there's so much more to do and see! Our favorites include catching live music at Redfish Taco and grabbing a sweet treat from Blue Mountain Creamery, both an 8 minute walk. Or Blue Mountain Bakery, For the Health of It Natural Food Store/ Juice & Smoothie Bar, and Cowgirl Kitchen Cafe, all just a 10 minute walk or quick bike ride.
Grayton Beach is also home to the world-famous Red Bar, Grace Pizza and Shakes, and the endless natural beauty of Grayton Beach State Park.

A full-sized washer and dryer is available for your convenience. Our housekeeping staff ensures a clean and disinfected environment before your arrival. All towels and bed linens are stripped and removed from property and replaced with freshly laundered linens at every checkout.
