We have stayed at Gulf Place for several years. This was the first time in this unit, and it was perfect. Very large space with plenty of room, nice L shaped patio looking over the gulf place courtyard & shops, beautiful view of the ocean, & easy access to the beach and restaurants. I just needed a weekend to get away and reset. This condo was perfect! The views from the wrap around deck were incredible. Close to shops and restaurants without being too loud. I’d definitely stay here again.

Weekend at Gulfplace

We love 30a and have stayed in the area many times but never at Gulf place. Loved the condo, and the view from the balcony. The beach access is just across the street, sweet little coffee shops and restaurants right outside the condo, and plenty of shops and boutiques onsite. We arrived our first night just in time for sunset. Our gate access code did not work, I texted Jenny & Nickey and got an immediate response! Enjoyed our stay!

I’m sure it’s because it was new but there weren’t as many kitchen items as we’ve had and used in other smaller units. Also there were a lot of stains and scuffs on things that concerned me that I might be held responsible for. I took photos first day.
