"Beautiful brand new house down a quiet cul-de-sac. Well appointed with everything we needed including the golf cart. Easy check in and out. Property management team via text and email was super friendly and easy. The kids had plenty of space to spread out. Close to the beach and across the street from restaurants, ice cream and coffee. We loved it and hope to be back soon."

"Our experience with VRBO and Benchmark was excellent! We enjoyed every part of our stay in this condo. The location was great, being just a short walk to the beach. "Disposal was full of trash and bottle caps, which I clean out. Also the shower near the floor behind the toilet had beginning signs of mold. Great location rented bikes, had a wonderful time. Beach access was nice as well, just short walk. We would definitely rent here again in the future."

"The only issues I have is we never received any gate codes for main gates, pool, or beach access. Someone had to give us the codes. I feel we should have receive that before we arrived. The other issue is there were a few bugs in the house spiders and roach. I only mention this in case you want to spray. I live in the South so I know it’s not a cleaning issue. We had a great time and will definitely be back next year. Next time we are staying longer. Thanks for the memories"
