This home has 3 stories with a balcony on the top two stories. It is located in the best place on 30A....Blue Mountain beach, right next to Grayton Beach. It comes with an optional Golf Cart that is offered at a discounted price for your stay with free delivery and pick-up. Less than .5 mile from the Gulf of Mexico! A one minute walk to the community pool and exercise room. It took me 9 minutes to walk to beach. It is a 3 minute golf cart ride with parking at the boardwalk for the golf cart. Here are the average prices on golf carts on 30A - Daily prices for 30A golf cart rentals are $125 for four passengers plus a delivery fee. WE ARE ONLY CHARGING $70 PER DAY WITH NO DELIVERY FEE.

Everything you need for a beach trip.

The home was great, perfect location for us. Hosts provided everything, bikes, chairs and a nice home for the week. Excellent communication and very friendly. Thank you for hosting us.

Great place

Very neat and well put together little place, also very nice community. All amenities are very modern and up to date. Do know that if stairs are a problem for you this place has a lot of them, if their not you love this place it’s very nice.

Never again.

Never again will I stay at this house. Unfortunately this house is NOT senior friendly. I would have never dreamed that this house was so very small, 3 stories with the master bedroom on the third floor, kitchen/den second floor and kids bedroom on first floor right in front of the front door. My husband could not stay in the master bedroom on the third floor. The address we were given brought us to the back gate which you can't go through. Then the instructions say off of 30a. Well 30a is rather long and I had no idea what road off of 30a to turn on. Anyway we stayed one night because we were exhausted from our trip there. We spent another 1000 to stay at a different place for the rest of our trip. I was hoping they would give us something back but they must not care that much.

Couldn’t Have Asked for Better!

Happy, light filled vacation house in pleasant, gated community. Charming ground floor room was perfect for our boys with super roomy, generous bunk beds. Great bathroom as well. Main floor kitchen living room combo was pleasant, with a lovely window view of a palm tree, plus a balcony and wonderful appliances. Third floor master suite was just the vacation vibe we wanted, enhanced by gorgeous roof top views, with all the beach sky and pastel house tops one could soak in from a lovely two seater balcony. This room, like all of them was generously outfitted by the hosts with plenty of towels and other amenities. Everything so lovely and new. I’ve never seen a cleaner house, bathrooms etc - all first rate. The kitchen too, well outfitted with extras, containers, nice glassware, dishes etc. Here again the hosts are very generous. Wonderful beach towels supplied, beach chairs & bikes. Rent the golf cart! It’s a super cart and we used it a ton to load up for the beach, run down to Blue Mountain Creamery and zip back and forth to Grayton Beach. We loved the area and would rent this house from these hosts again. Lastly they were always prompt & responsive when needed. The best week!

Perfect for us.

The house is located in a very nice and quiet gated neighborhood that’s well situated in relation to the beach, restaurants, and souvenir shops. Home was super clean, well equipped and perfect for my husband and I to get away for our 20 year anniversary. The Blue Mountain Beach public access, Blue Mountain Creamery, Blue Mable, Red Fish Taco, and other restaurants are a quick bike ride away - we rode to the beach to watch the sunset every evening. Pool is just down the street and was nice. We enjoyed our stay and would book this home again in the future. Thank you!!

Spring break March 2022

Good location, nice pool that is only a short walk away. Nice beach bikes that we enjoyed, especially around town and to the beach. House is 3 stories, with kitchen and living area on the 2nd floor. Beach chairs and umbrellas were a big plus!
