    Perched just a short walk to the center of Seaside (one mile) where you and your loved ones can enjoy local artist shops, restaurants, and much more, this family-friendly home is waiting for you! This home offers a lush backyard with plenty of tall trees and even an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after a day at the beach.



    Inside, the living room is all about comfort with a sectional sofa and two armchairs. The flatscreen TV with cable is perfect for entertaining evenings at home. When mealtime comes around, the fully-equipped kitchen won't disappoint. It boasts all essential appliances, including a full-size fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, and a two-person island. Look up your favorite recipe using the free WiFi and surprise your loved ones with an unforgettable meal. Then, you all can retreat to the sunroom furnished with plenty of rocking chairs and a table with chairs.

Great location, rustic charm

We loved our stay here! The location was perfect - short walk to the beach through a shaded neighborhood, and then an easy walk to the downtown. The house was a more rustic vintage style, not modern luxury, which is what we loved about it. Plenty of space for our family of 6. This was our first stay in Seaside and we’d stay here again if we come back!

Loved the original beach house surrounded by the old Magnolia and Live Oak trees. Spent most of the time on the screened in porch when we were at the house. Easy walk to the beach and Seaside. Beds were good and home was clean.

When I opened the door it was like home swee home. So nostalgic. Precious vintage screened in porch. Sweet peaceful white bedrooms. Just a step back into time. We had such a delightful time and plan to stay at Memories again in the future.

House could not have been in a better location. Close to everything. The house itself was so quaint and cozy. Absolutely loved it. Had plenty of room. King size bed in master and other 2 bedrooms both had 2 double beds each which our teenagers appreciated. We made use of outdoor shower, gas grill and the bicycles provided. Entire family agreed that we would like to come back next time in Seaside.

I really wanted to give this 5 stars because you can tell this was once a beloved family space. Not sure what has happened, but the current owners need to add some updates. The kitchen is lacking in many areas, and the items that are there are old, mismatched, or broken. The pot I used to boil water, a handle that was coming apart. The king-size bed sags in the middle. Areas of the flooring have gaps near the other two bedrooms. It appears as if the cheap option is taken to cut corners, and money is not wanted to be spent. However, the rate per night is consistent with the area, so you are paying for a Motel 6 at a Marriott price. There was a smell upon arriving that others had mentioned, but it comes and goes. The location is fantastic, the screened-in porch was lovely, there are plenty of towels, bikes were a bonus, plus the beach chairs. This could be a gem if a few items are addressed. It is just hard paying for a rental, and you can tell the owners don't seem to care about their VRBO guests.

Great location that's it. The unit is old and outdoor area lack of maintenance & upkeep. Insects/bugs inside the house. Several items out of order and/or broke WiFi (WiFi fixed on our last night), one of the heating element on the cooktop looks like been out for sometime ( waiting for parts). Toaster no handle. Looks like the unit maybe under going some renovation, countertops were replaced but the cabinets are old and looks like falling apart. You need to keep the fan on all the time to prevent the musty odor.

Loved that I could get up before sunrise and walk 1-1/2 blocks safely to the waters edge. Also that the grandchildren were safe riding the bikes around and exploring without worrying about their safety. They investigated everyday the area and fished often. We came for the youngest daughter to celebrate her destination wedding, such fun.

Hooray for the Orangebelle

Great trip for 6 at Seagrove Beach. This cottage had just the right space for us. Loved the screened porch and the outdoor shower is a must when coming back from the beach. Short and lovely 2 min walk to the beach access just across 30A. The personal touches in this house were great! Slept great…comfy beds!! Would definitely stay again!!!!
