DETAILS: Bella Vita Unit B304 sleeps 8 in an elegant 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom condo with breathtaking views of
the Gulf from Blue Mountain Beach’s highest elevation point. Renowned for its views, Bella Vita’s gated
community boasts 2 Gulf-front pools and private beach access.

Arched doorways, a muted color palette, hardwood floors, and floor-to-ceiling views greet guests. The
open kitchen has double ovens, premium appliances, and an island with seating for 4. A wet bar is
brilliantly positioned between the kitchen and the living area, enabling guests to fix a cocktail or use the
wine chiller before stepping through the sliding glass doors onto the balcony for sunset. Tucked behind
the living area is a dining table with seating for 6 and entry to the 3 bedrooms. A primary bedroom has a

Perfect place!

It was clean, comfortable and really nice. We have E kids and they loved being there too. The steps to the beach are steep, but not terrible. The pool is shallow, but great for small kids. Our unit was so nice and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nicest Beach Condo We Have Ever Rented

We have stayed at numerous beach houses/condos over the last 35 years - hands down Bella Vita B304 is the nicest unit we have ever rented! The condo was absolutely beautiful (even better than online pics) and it was very nice and clean! No crowds on the beach or at the pool either! We had an incredible vacation and will definitely be back next summer!

Spring break trip

Very nice condo and grounds. Enjoyed privacy of location and smaller crowds due to March early season rental. Would have been nice to have pool heated during entire week (only heated first couple of days). Outside tile floors were wet and slippery- not sure of cause (condensation?).

Girlfriend's Vacation

The condo was absolutely stunning! We could not have been happier with our choice to stay here. The view from the balcony was so pretty... we enjoyed sitting out there a lot! The condo was immaculate, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The pools were beautiful and extremely well kept, as were the grounds. This was our 2nd year at Bella Vita and we plan on coming back in 2024! You cant go wrong staying here... 5 stars all the way!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Gorgeous Gulf Retreat

This is a beautiful condo with beautiful view of Gulf and courtyard. The family loved the private low density beach. The true bummer was lack of clicker to enter property. Having to exit vehicle to use keypad was very inconvenient. The kitchen had upscale appliances but lacked a pantry for food storage. This was a negative. We did enjoy property and hope to be back.
