You literally cannot get a better view! We had a wonderful time on 30A. The complex’s private beach was absolutely perfect—gorgeous clear water and white sand and it was nice to have a heated pool as well. The location is great, with good restaurants and convenient shopping nearby. The property is mostly updated; the kitchen is stocked so well we had everything we needed and more! Only one tv in the house, and light bedding was not quite enough for some of the chilly weather, the second of which the wonderful property manager Sherry took care of very quickly. We really enjoyed our stay!

The property was desperately in need of some maintenance! There was no beach set up included, only one television in the unit. The unit had a musty smell and the microwave was very small and couldn’t accommodate a full size plate. The trash door was kicked and only one medium size trash can. The bedroom off kitchen area was hot as was the bathroom as air didn’t seem to cool this part of the house.
