    For your ultimate relaxation, 2 beach chairs and a large umbrella will be set up for you daily by the professional beach service. Just head to the sand and enjoy! This service is seasonal and is available March 1st through October 31st.

    Perched on a natural dune, this 3-bedroom, 3-bath retreat offers breathtaking, unobstructed views of the sugar-white sand and emerald waters from two private Gulf-front balconies.

    Perfectly situated near Seaside (1.4 miles), you’ll enjoy easy access to the best of the Emerald Coast while staying in the relaxed charm of Seagrove.

    The main floor features an open-concept living and dining area that flows onto a spacious Gulf-front balcony—perfect for morning coffee or sunset views. This level also includes a fully equipped kitchen, a guest bedroom with a custom double-over-double bunk, and a full en-suite bath.

    Upstairs, both bedrooms feature king beds and private en-suite bathrooms. The Gulf-front primary suite opens to its own balcony overlooking the beach, while the second king suite provides a comfortable, private retreat.

    Guests also enjoy a large community pool and direct access to the 19-mile Scenic 30A bike and walking path. Nearby favorites like The Perfect Pig, Cafe 30A, Seagrove Village Market, Great Southern Cafe, and Bud & Alley’s offer incredible dining just minutes away.

    With private beach access, dual Gulf-front balconies, two king suites, and stunning dune-top views, Emerald Hill 6 is the perfect place to experience the beauty and relaxation of 30A.

    This townhouse design is completely stocked with kitchen utensils, linens and towels. (Please provide your own beach towels.)

    This unit is not rented to vacationing students or anyone under the age of 25 - NO EXCEPTIONS. Reservations made under false pretenses subject to forfeiture of advance rental payments and/or damage deposit.

    Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

    * Emerald Hill is a smoke-free community (no vaping). No vaping. No smoking.
    * Parking for 2 cars (with required permit). No boats, trailers or RVs.
    * Per Emerald Hill HOA rules, only beach umbrellas up to 7 feet are permitted on the beach. Tents, pop-up canopies, cabanas, and sunshades are not allowed. We do provide a complimentary beach setup with 2 chairs and 1 umbrella for our guests’ convenience. This service is seasonal and is available March 1st through October 31st.

We loved our stay and the location could not be better! It was our 8 month old grand-daughter's first visit to the beach and we were lucky enough to be invited to enjoy it. Great decor and accommodations and we will definitely want to stay here again!

Emerald Hill 6 is a beautifully maintained, comfortable property with plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy! The views of the beach and water are spectacular! The location - in the heart of Sea Grove - allows quick access to fabulous restaurants (Angelina’s, Bud & Alley’s, George’s, Great Southern, etc.), grocery shopping (Publix), and Goatfeathers (fresh seafood). The very best about this spot, though, is the never overcrowded BEACH just steps from the unit! The owner provided excellent communication and made the stay that much more enjoyable!
