Welcome to "YELLOW HAMMER BEACH HOUSE" Blue Mountain Beach access within walking distance, Come and enjoy this beautiful beach home with private pool and large, fenced backyard on cul de sac of very small community. We are located in the subdivision Sandacastles across the street from Cowgirl Kitchen and Redds Fueling Station, Something only the west end of 30A has. The Home has a private pool and is great for red flag days at the beach or if you want to just hang back at the house and enjoy a pool day. The house also comes with bikes. 4 Adult bikes. If you need additional bikes you can head over to big daddies- And while your there feel free to grab a cinnamon roll at Blue Mountain Bakery. "Yellow Hammer Beach House" is on the west end of 30 A- We are a bike ride to Seaside and Gulf Place- Many dining options available within biking distance. If you choose to rent a golf cart feel free to reach out and we can suggest some local rental companies. Our HOA is NOT golf cart restricted. "Yellow Hammer Beach House" was refurbished in 2021. If you happen to be traveling with grandparents there are 2 bedrooms located on the ground floor with huge living space and fully stocked kitchen. Large master bedroom. Smart Tv's in every bedroom and living room. Dining room table seats 10. Wraparound porch on rear of house and private decks for second floor bedroom and third floor decks. After a long day at the beach head over to Cowgirl Kitchen, Blue Mountain Creamery, Red Fish Taco and much more! 5 star reviews from all of our guests since we began renting May 2021!

Great location
This house was perfect for our large extended family! Great layout and very clean. Perfect location from the beach…only a few minutes walk to beach access. Pool kept very clean and wonderful communication with owner. Would definitely stay here again!

Outstanding family beach stay
This house was perfect for a birthday celebration for our parents. There were enough rooms for each family, and the grandkids had a blast staying in the bunk bed room. The pool was a great place for everyone to hang out and the beach was a quick short walk away. The house included a number of handy beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc.. for us to use at the beach which we couldn't bring with us with everyone travelling from a far. Overall, the house was excellent for a big family gathering, ideal size and location to the beach and the family made memories that we will cherish for a long time to come!

Five stars! Perfect vacation home for a large group.
Eileen does an amazing job with this house. The communication, cleanliness, location, amenities and extras this house has to offer can’t be beat. It made our beach vacation so enjoyable and easy. Definitely recommend staying here! Such a cute fun house in a great location. Will be back!

An amazing place to stay.
The house was clean and stocked with all the items we needed, and more. Close to the beach and a nice pool and backyard. Eileen was a pleasure to work with. Always responsive and checked in to see if we needed anything. Brought the kids donuts. Would recommend this House for families who travel together. Will for sure visit again.

Perfect!
We enjoyed this property so much! Even with a large party of 15 we never felt like we were on top of each other. The private pool was the perfect ending to each day and the living space was great for game night with everyone! Also, the master bedroom is now my inspo for my next home!

Great Family Fun!
We absolutely loved staying at this beach house! This was a big family vaca for us and we were even able to bring two of our fur babies. The pool was the go-to every day with our toddler and it was such an amazing backyard area. The shed was stocked full of floats, boards and all sorts of items for extra fun. The beach towels on site were also very helpful. The location is great and we frequented Blue Mountain Creamery just steps away as well as Cowgirl Kitchen. The beach was in walking distance and easy to get to. Eileen was always in contact with us and we appreciated that! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again for sure!
