Es un hotel muy acogedor el personal se porto excelente con mis padres que son adultos mayores ofreciendoles una estadia muy plasentera tambien pudieron llevar a su perrito asi que fue muy conveniente.

Si usted puede evitar hospedarse en ese hotel POR FAVOR hágalo! Las fotos no son nada parecido a la realidad. Todo es viejo y feo. Son 4 pisos y no hay ascensor. Unas habitaciones tenían aire central y hacía mucho frío y no había forma de regularlo. Pedimos cobijas adicionales y la actitud de la recepcionista fue como si le estuviéramos pidiendo un favor gigante. Los desayunos son una desilusión. Todo lo limitan. Cobran $3,000 pesos por una tajada de queso. La actitud del personal es muy descortés. Los cuartos son viejos, en algunas habitaciones el aire no servia y solo botaba agua. Es de los peores hoteles donde me he hospedado. Si pudiera le daría 0 estrellas.

The hotel offers bed for dogs not truth. Mattress very uncontrollable the rooms don’t have telephone to comunícate with front desk. Pictures look better then real life. I won’t recommend this hotel.

Fair place close to El Rodadero Beach.

Second time in this place, the hotel certainly had some improvements since my last and first visit (2010) but still has a long road to become really comfortable place. Good is to point that for the price we pay is just not possible to expect more than they offer. I enjoyed it the stay anyway.

HORRIBLE WIFI, photos dont like like the actual

The first night I checked in they put me in a very bad room, nothing like the photos, they told me they would change me the next day to a better room cause it was not yet cleaned, I hate this as I like to arrive hang and organize my stuff to not waste time, but I agreed, the room the second night was MUCH better, but it was in a corner with a wifi dead spot and no internet had to leave the comfort of my room to get online, request uber service, etc and even in the lobby due to strong winds it kept cutting out making me waste hours doing things that would take me minutes, if ti wasn't for an incredibly friendly and great staff of people, and the fact I had an agenda out side the hotel I would not have lasted one more hour.

Me devolví tan pronto lo vi . Nada que ver

No lo tome llegue y la habitación solicitada no estaba disponible . El hotel no me gusto nada que ver con las fotos que publican es más para mí esto es una publicidad engañosa . Y espero q no se me haya descontado el Dinero de la primera noche a mi tarjeta de crédito por q los demando ya que no cumplieron con lo pactado y por eso no hice efectiva mi estancia en este hotel .

OK for a simple low key hotel

It was an ok hotel. The staff was friendly enough. The building is old but it did have a/c. The loction was good. If you are looking for a place to crash, get a good night sleep, clean and a decent meal this is perfect. If you are looking for something a little more upscale go somewhere else.
