I arrived at the hotel two hours before check-in and they offered to give me the room if I paid 20,000 pesos. The next day I wanted to change the room because there was a lot of noise and they wanted to charge me and they wanted to give me a room on the sixth floor without hot water when I know there were rooms on the same floor and with the same amenities that I had paid for. the restaurant was a total disaster due to the visit of large groups of children and adults. the adults drank and yelled until dawn. disastrous . there was even a fight between these groups with shouts and blows. .

Experiencia respecto a Calidad Vs precio

Fue una excelente elección en cuanto a precio y calidad, la ubicación frente al mar, la vista desde la suit, el centro comercial a un costado, la variedad de menú, el comfort de las instalaciones me generan satisfacción. Pero Fue incomodo que los desayunos estaban incluidos al momento de reservar para mis hijos antes de 60 días y una vez instalados en el hotel al ingreso del restaurante nos manifestaron el cobro adicional y esta situación fue frente a otros huéspedes que en realidad no fue agradable ya que nos sentimos expuestos al ridiculo; creo que falto empatía por parte del personal y eso no es lo que se busca cuando opcionas por un hotel 5 estrellas. Mi recomendación es que se de manejo a un trato más agradable y que manejen una comunicación asertiva por parte de los colaboradores del hotel para que la experiencia sea más valiosa y satisfactoria.

Por un poco más de dinero, se puede conseguir hoteles mucho mejores. Muy desordenado del buffet de desayuno y las habitaciones son muy pequeñas.

No contaba con telefono, la línea estaba mala, las 2 primeras noches a pesar de estar prohibido el ruido después de las 9, no dejaron dormir ya q tenían un fieston al lado de nuestra habitación a las 2 de la mañana, la puerta de baño no abría del todo una persona gordita no entraría. El baño no tenía ducha. Y el servicio tras reclamar algunas cosas no fue bueno. La verdad las fotos de la habitación q reserve no coincidían mucho con la realidad.
