Overall the hotel was good. I wish it was truly beach front but is less than 200 yards to get there and there is a section reserved for hotel guests to sit with chairs and a covering provided. I would come back if I ever found myself in Santa Marta again there was no single instance where I second guessed my decision to stay here. The food was excellent and the drink (when I ordered one) were good as well.

Amazing hotel with fascinating views of Santa Marta, I got the room with my own Jacuzzi and it was very worth it! Morning breakfast also offered a lot of variety, 10/10 would recommend!

Staff were fantastic for check-in. Our room had a private hot tub on the balcony, gorgeous view, and the room itself was beautiful and immaculately clean. Staff were incredible when we wanted to extend another night, as we enjoyed it so much!

The facility is great, especially the pool, despite the ongoing construction nearby. I didn't get a chance to try the fitness area, but I’d love to return in the future. It's also conveniently close to the airport

Amazing pools!

We loved our stay! The hotel is under construction, so there was some noise. The included breakfast was substantial and very good. The pools were simply amazing, less only because of the construction. The rooms were quiet, the beds were comfortable. We would stay there again if we found ourselves in Santa Marta.

Pros: Beautiful facility very close to the beach and shops. Extremely safe everywhere we went with our family of 5. Staff is very attentive and courteous. Cons: Very noisy by the pool from 8am to 5pm due to neighbouring construction site. Gets dusty as well. ( Didn’t bother us really as we were to caught up with the weather and scenery)

The room was great, the staff were amszing but unfortunately next door a new hotel is being built so each morning woken up by drilling and hammering wituout fail. Unfortunately it looks like the project will not be finished any time soon. After the first day i got a taxi into town to get some ear defenders to block out the noise but unfortunately these did not workm amazing hotel ruined by building work. Not relxaint at all

1st) Paid for the Superior Suite for my one year wedding anniversary and they tried to give me the Deluxe (HUGE price and room difference). 2) MAJOR construction next door. Noise started at 7 am until 6 pm. Construction in rooms at 8 am. No mention of this online and property laughs it off. 3)when we downgraded to Deluxe suite (advertised as a separate bedroom and with a dining area) and was given the most basic shoebox: -Cleaners not around during day. -Pool closes at 8 and one was out of order. -“all inclusive” option was extremely mediocre -nothing open past 8 pm in the area Pros: -clean property -given amenities when needed from front desk. Definitely an old, retired person area.

The hotel was really comfortable. All-inclusive package was worth it. Food ( breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner and poolside drinks included). Food was delicious and great variety. The hotel is located in a great area. ( albeit, new construction happening adjacently). The beach is only a minute walk away. I would recommend and revisit this hotel for the value.

-Hotel labeled as all inclusive but no restaurants, no comcierge, no telephones in the room (I stayed at the executive suite), no live shows at night apart from a DJ who came Saturday night. They charged me Colombian taxes in spite of being an American citizen. They have a lot of work before they can slightly resemble the all inclusive in Cancun and punta cana. There is a dreams Cartagena all inclusive in Colombia which is way better. This place has a buffet and calls itself all imcludive
