Personanalen och servicen var pinsamt dåligt och väldigt låg kvalitet. Det var nästan som att de glömde att det är deras jobb… Tjejen som tog mig till rummet såg en kackerlacka i rummet, stampade på den och bara gled den döda kackerlackan över hela rummet - det var blödigt. Under hela min vistelse låg kackerlackan död i hallen precis utanför mitt rum. Tjejen brydde sig inte alls om hur det ser för mig eller andra gäster på hotellet. Sen när jag gjorde bokning på hotels.com så stod det att incheckning var möjligt sen 06 på morgonen men det var inte riktigt så… Hotellet informerade mig sen att som tidigast så kunde jag checka in 12:30. Trots att personalen såg vad som stod för mig vid boknings tillfälle så var dem inte alls behjälpliga. Sist men inte minst så var jag tvungen att väcka personalen för att förbereda frukosten för mig och andra gäster. Rekommenderar starkt att inte bo här. Finns mycket bättre boende som förstår service för mycket billigare priser.
