10 minutes away you will find supermarket restaurants and whatever you need from a shopping area ( banks, shopping centers, bars, etc. ) also the famous Playa del Rodadero and the point from where the boats leave to Playas such as: Playa Blanca, Taganga, the Aquarium, Neguanje, Bahía Concha and Cabo San Juan.

This is a practical and charming apartment of a single space, with the ability to separate the room if you wish. It's completely new!! You're brand new!
It has everything you need for a pleasant and pleasant stay, you can enjoy excellent air conditioning, hot water, Optical Fiber Internet, Netflix, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, conventional oven, a Super Cabinet to store all your things and a kitchen with the basic implements to prepare what you want.
