"Over and above the call of duty, I checked out went to cruise port got on ship and found I left my INSULIN in the fridge at hotel. THE HOTEL HAD DRIVER BRING IT TO ME WITHIN THE HOUR, SAVED MY DAY MAYBE MY LIFE!!! And by the way the hotel staybwas wonderful!"

"I loved everything about the hotel. We stayed in the suite for 3 nights prior to a cruise. The room, staff, location...everything was wonderful. I just want others to be aware of 2 things. 1)The website clearly quotes airport transfer shuttle for €50 for car, not pp. We were greeted at the airport by a very friendly driver & transported safely to the hotel...the fee however, was €150(€175 if paying with credit card). When discussed with the owner she just replied that transportation is seperate...
