The stay was good. Came with kids and host waited for me. However, probably by mistake I got double charged. Expedia charged me for the hotel and the hotel host charged me as well. So, be careful.

I loved everything about the hotel. We stayed in the suite for 3 nights prior to a cruise. The room, staff, location...everything was wonderful. I just want others to be aware of 2 things. 1)The website clearly quotes airport transfer shuttle for €50 for car, not pp. We were greeted at the airport by a very friendly driver & transported safely to the hotel...the fee however, was €150(€175 if paying with credit card). When discussed with the owner she just replied that transportation is seperate from the hotel & they don't control the prices. Please correct that on your website. 2)The suite is located on the 3rd floor of a building behind the hotel. I absolutely loved the room & have no complaints, just want others to be aware that if you have heavy luggage, there are no elevators.

We checked in late, but the man and woman at the front desk were so helpful and got us all checked in, as well supplied us with an adapter for our phone chargers... love the little cafe for breakfast in the morning as well 😍

For those waiting to cruise and think about an extra day in the Civitavecchia area instead of Rome, this is a good option. It's not far by car to Civitavecchia and provides basic housing. There are no frills, no lobby of significance, or room amenities worth mentioning. This is straightforward housing while you restfully wait for your cruise. The beach area is an easy 10 minute walk. Nearby neighborhood has some fine houses. The plaza behind the hotel has a handful of restaurants and is a delightful setting. Parking is a bit of a challenge though not overwhelming if you can walk a block or two. Staff was courteous at both the hotel and the cafe/bar a short distance away. There is not a lot to do but that's a good thing for those who don't want to deal with the frenetic trip from Rome or its airport on the cruise's start date. The archeological site- a seaside fort and medieval village a few miles south, Pyrgi, is also an excellent visit for those interested in Roman and medieval life in this area. It is also adjacent to a beach to its north, so bring a swim suit.

this is a small Hotel that is basic but very clean. The woman running the hotel is very nice and friendly. we chose a package which included breakfast for six euros per person which was a good value

Excellent place to stay, felt like family, cute husband and wife run the cute establishment. Well maintained, accomodated our baby with a crib carried it al the way from downstairs. Good location half a block to a great selection of restaurants cant go wrong. A small park across te street where the locals all go at night to hang out eat ice cream and enjoy some tea. 10 min walk to the beach. Excellent place I highly recommend it

Great little hotel with frindly & helpful staff.
Overnight stay in what is a nice little Italian holiday resort where very little Englishe is spoken. Hotel five minutes walk to train station and harbour is five minutes one side with nice little sandy beach five minutes in the other direction. English speaking manager who was very frindly and helpful. Room catered for all needs being quirky, bright and colourful and a decent breakfast. Plenty of bars & restaurants nearby.

Fun, happy place!
Our gracious host allowed us to check in 3 hours early so we could hit the beach, and also ordered our taxi to the airport, negotiating a fair price. Our breakfast was fresh croissants and cappuccino. Just what we needed!

Lovely Hotel!
A lovely hotel in a lovely seaside town! We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect, staff very kind and helpful, we would definately return! The perfect escape after a few busy days exploring Rome.

Kleines Hotel in Strandnähe
Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 kleine Kinder) haben in Santa Marinella einen Zwischenstopp für eine Nacht im Dreibettzimmer gemacht. Hotelzimmer war sauber und für eine Nacht völlig in Ordnung. Ausblick vom Zimmer allerdings auf eine Häuserwand, was uns aber nicht gestört hat, da wir abends ankamen. Die Besitzerin des Hotels bemüht sich sehr und ist sehr freundlich. Santa Marinella ist ein ruhiges, kleines Örtchen und hat einen schönen Strandabschnitt.
