"Had a really lovely stay in ULIV Cibeles! Lots of lovely places to roam around in the neighbourhood, it was very accessible to other parts of the city and the best little bakery just around the corner. As for the apartment, there were three of us staying in a standard room (with a double and a sofa bed) and we all really enjoyed the stay. The room was the perfect size for us and was equipped with everything we needed during the stay. The gym facilities were great and the terrace provided some quiet solace from the busy city. We did have a slight issue with a drawer latch breaking but this was seen to very quickly after we reported it to the front desk, as well as dripping aircon which was also sorted out super quickly whilst we were out and about. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here! Everyone was very helpful, communication before and during the stay was excellent. "
