O hotel é bastante limpo e os ambientes são todos novos, simples mas agradáveis. O atendente que estava na recepção quando chegamos foi incansável, até por que , ele estava atendendo várias pessoas ao mesmo tempo e não perdeu a simpatia em nenhum momento. Parabéns! Quanto ao café da manhã, notei que a grande maioria dos pães estava seca inclusive os bolos. Não penso que sejam velhos, mas acho que são mal armazenados. De resto, eu já havia ficado no hotel outra vez e voltarei a ficar quando for para Santa Maria, é um hotel que atende muito bem em termos de acomodações, higiene e hospitalidade.

ABSURSO!

Sou cliente a muitos anos, porém nunca mais me hospedo nesse hotel. Quando estávamos indo embora foi nos solicitado o pagamento de uma taxa no valor de R$20,00 reais devido a toalha de banho estar com resquício de maquiagem. Achei um absurdo, pois nunca em toda a minha vida tive essa experiência. O hotel não disponibiliza toalhas especial para maquiagem da cor preta, não coloca informações visíveis sobre isso e faz essa cobrança. Péssimo, nunca mais!
