Tivemos problema com a agua quente. No momento da reserva nao foi estava tudo normal. Mas na chegada ja foi informado que o hotel ficaria sem agua quente a partir das 10 horas da manha do domingo. Mas ao contrario 9.30 ja nao tinha mais agua quente tivemos transtorno de ter que tomar banho gelado. Descaso total do hotel.

Recepcionista nota 0

Fiz minha reserva pelo hotéis.com paguei pelo app e fui cobrado pelo moço da recepção outra vez, o qual disse que não existia forma de pagamento antes. Além do mais, o mesmo recepcionista não queria oferecer o late checkout no domingo e ficou insistentemente ligando para o nosso quarto a fim de pressionar nossa saída ao meio dia, detalhe que pagamos mais meia diária para podermos suprir o que precisávamos fazer na cidade. Posteriormente ligamos na recepção, uma recepcionista super educada nos atendeu e falou que teríamos o late checkout (ao contrário do outro rapaz). Ademais, a meia diária é contada até as 18:30 da tarde, considerando que o late checkout é às 15 h, tivemos que pagar meia diária por 3 h e meia. Não retornaremos mais pelo mal atendimento.

Acredito que deveriam rever sobre o barulho que as camareiras fazem principalmente aos finais de semana. Camas arrastando e o barulho do rádio de comunicação é constante.
