"The house is situated in Sencelles, a small village in the center of Mallorca. The neighborhood is very pretty and calm and its location makes it easy to reach most of the beaches in the island. We had some issues with parking because there are only a few spots inside the village otherwise you have to park 5/10 minutes away from the accommodation on foot. Overall our stay was really nice. We had to make the payment through Homerti (a Spanish rental agency) but everything went well, they replied...

"Villa was beautiful, clean and catered for all. Toni the manager was easy to contact and always available when needed. 3 bedrooms accommodated for our family 5 of us comfortably. Pool and gardens were a good size. Plenty of outdoor space for dining and BBQ. Villa is about 15 minutes Drive from Palma/airport and less than an hour to almost everywhere else on the island. "We arrived late due to delayed flight to the island and it was very dark as we entered the property. Although communication was sent to assist us with the location of our unit, we accidentally tried to access the wrong door, which woke up the property manager who was not very happy. We spoke with other guests who had a similar issue so perhaps the communication/instructions could be better. The unit was nicely furnished and had many provisions. "The house was beautiful! The garden was well kept and we were given everything we needed. The only complaint I had was the ants. They somehow got on to the bed and we couldn't sleep properly. Also, there is no Air-conditioning, but the host provided portable fans that were kind of useful. The kitchen has everything you need and the backyard is great to chill. There are some nice restaurants within walking distance and cafes. I would recommend staying here if you want to have a relaxed/ outgoing...
