"10min walk to the nearest train station to get to other areas of italy such as florence and cinque terre. 15min walk to the tower of Pisa. Clean chalet, friendly & helpful staff, shop/cafe/restaurant on site. Kitchen area equipped with basics for cooking, there is no kettle,toaster, oven or microwave - just a 4 ringed gas hob which i feel could be improved more. Lots of mosquitos so ensure you pack repellant. Towels to hire. Good quality supermarket 10min walk away. I would definitely stay here...

"My husband and I spent 9 days at Anna Maria and Filiberto property. We had the most wonderful time there. We can't remember having such relaxing holiday. Everything was just perfect: spacious, clean house, outdoor table with chairs, the most beautiful palm tree in front of our house, blooming flowers and trees. Absolutely perfect. "Beautiful setting in the country. Not exactly easy to get to since the access road is filled with pot holes, cows and very bumpy. A solid 10 minute drive off main paved road to get to Villa. Host was accomadating but a lot went wrong. It wasn’t occupied for over a month and we were greeted with water on floor in kitchen unknowing of source. Water heater never worked so we had cold showers throughout week. And then our neighbors(cows) came through property overnight and made quite a mess....
