The reason I say it is "unsafe" is because we were staying in one of the bungalows, and to get there was really "unsafe", since there is ZERO lighting, if we did not have our cell phone's light, we would have fallen a million time.. The steps are completely IN THE DARK..

The location of the property is absolutely stunning. The staff? Really don’t know what to say. For 10 days I have been waiting for them to fix the tv in the room. As of now it hasn’t happened. They told me they would switch it. We’ll it didn’t happen. Left several messages. The last one last night but they don’t have anyone on staff to send out and try to fix it because it’s late. Late? The hotel should have someone on staff a night also. This was my last stay. The last one of for stays in the past 4 years

Luxurious gem in tranquility
Luxurious feel for a 4 star resort, with its diving school, hotel gift shop, pool bar and 3 swimming pools and ample deck chairs. Even day trips to Cefalù is organised for guests, a lovely gesture. Bathroom tiles need to be cleaned though housekeeping in other aspects is tops. In spite of the quiet area it's located, the hotel offers enough facilities and even night entertainment/performance for its guests when I was there.

Everything has to be update , no internet in the room , if you have to work forget about this hotel.bower shot down many times no air conditioning.

Commercial hotel with great views
Large, well run commercial hotel. Room colours are a bit primary, but everything worked perfectly and was cleaned to a high standard each day. Food and drink are expensive but to a good standard. We walked across the road to a cocktail bar/ restaurant most nights which was half the price of anything in the hotel. Gym well equipped and pools were clean and tidy. Bit soulless inside but the location and views were great. Local area is quite impoverished and dirty so most people probably stay in confines of hotel.

Very disappointed as advertisement / photos of the hotel were not a true reflection of what I purchased with Expedia. All the photos show images of the part of hotel called D Club which is time share facilities, I was humiliated when my family were ordered to move from an area by pool to a less inviting area this also happened at the restaurant we were not allowed to have our food by the pool and ordered to go to a restaurant indoors on 1st floor. Hotel was nice but made to feel lower class than other guests. Staff not helpful and not friendly

The Hotel is situated directly by the sea surrounded by well-kept beautiful gardens. With its three pools and great entertainment it is a super choice for the whole family. If you get the chance, go to the Sicilian night event, it is fantastic and the boat trips are highly recommended. The onsite restaurant/bars are unnecessary expensive and the D Club (upper class system) will put people off coming back.

Beautiful setting right on the water with two large pools and plenty of chairs/umbrellas. The breakfast buffet is horrible. Poor selection, warm yogurt, nothing fresh. The concierge all acted like basic questions (nearby restaurants/how to get to town etc) were the first time they’d been asked. Very unhelpful. The worst part is the live (cheesy) entertainment blasting until 12am making it impossible to sleep before the show is over. Shame a hotel in such a prime location with such wonderful pools lacks any other redeeming qualities.

We absolutely loved this hotel! We will most definitely stay there again. The room was clean, the restaurants and bars were good, the staff was very friendly and there was a lot of entertainment provided for guests and perks such as free entrance to some of the parties hosted on site. The only thing that is different from what we thought is that there is not really a beach - it's more of a pier/steps to the ocean. Also we had read that you can walk to the train station which you definitely cannot. The road is too busy and would be dangerous to walk. You definitely would need a car or prepare to book transportation. We have family and friends nearby who drove and also booked a few excursions that included transportation so this was not a problem for us. (Also there were many nice excursions offered!) We definitely suggest this hotel!

The pools and seaside “beach” were very nice. The staff was good and pleasant... especially pool and bar. The entertainment was amateur. The breakfast was horrible overall. I would not recommend this hotel.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. the staff spoke English. The breakfast buffet was very good a lot of choices. They had a outside bar and lounge with music. The location was good close to restaurant's and shops. the room was spacious and clean. I would stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel
Very lovely hotel. Very clean and modern throughout. Beautiful views across bay and out to sea from terraces. Very clean swimming pool areas with choice of two large pools (lower pool is salt water). Food very good quality. Lots of choice and very fresh. We upgraded to half board for very reasonable rate which also included wine on the table so worth doing if you are only B&b. Good evening entertainment. Live singers, a dance troupe and music. The hotel has good excursions including day trip to Etna. Boat trips depart from hotels lower terrace. Hotel just 45 minute drive from airport. Only downside was the cost of drinks at the hotel and nearest local shop was a good 20-30 minute walk away. A pizzeria and small bar outside of hotel but apart from that you are pretty much confined to hotel. No beach. you have to go into sea from rocks. The hotel is half timeshare. This did not cause any issues though throughout the holiday. Would highly recommend for a relaxing break by the pool.

I stayed at Domina's Hotel last week for 4 days. The best way I can describe it is that is a hotel that pretends to be top tier and highly exclusive but that fails in the most simple things for his customers. Starting with the checking (which took an overall 30min), passing to the hotel room (which was awfully decorated in bright yellow) and going to an insanely overrated and overpriced restaurant where the food was served cold and not good at all, the only thing I could rescue from all of it is the very nice swimming pool they had. In addition to the above, the staff, in its majority, would have a lower than basic English level which could make things very difficult. It is just not good price for value !

Hotel was lovely, but arrived at 10.30pm and got dragged round by a rep trying to sell us some Club D thing run by the hotel's owners. Cooked breakfast was cold every morning and the staff struggled to keep everything stocked for the guests during breakfast. We tried to tell the staff breakfast was cold, at best they weren't interested. Service in the al carte restaurant was just as bad. One day my partners lunch and mine arrived 10 mins before my 3 year old sons meal despite ordering at the same time. Some of the staff are great, but others are dreadful. Feel a bit ripped off at the amount we paid for a week definitely not good value for money.

First impressions of hotel and facilities were very good. It was a little out the way and in fact we had tried to change the hotel but couldn't because (stupidly) I had booked a non-cancellation option. Plus points - Clean and good facilities. Polite reception staff. Great pool area. Negative points - Bar and waiting staff were very rude, never cracked a smile once. The hotel doesn't have a lot of British guests and I think bar/waiting staff wish there were even fewer! The cost of drinks is outrageous. 2 plastic cups of warm beer 12 Euro. A double vodka and coke and a double gin and tonic 36 Euro! There is nothing in walking distance, so you either pay these prices or take a taxi elsewhere. The two nearby towns/villages don't have a lot to offer. The food at breakfast was shocking. I can't believe for a moment that the Management of the hotel can have ever eaten there. If they had perhaps they might realise how bad it is. Sweet, sickly orange juice, made from powder or concentrate, not sure which but it was awful. The 'hot' option was stone cold and quite frankly the quality of the ingredients was appalling. The dining room itself is like eating in the canteen of Wormwood Scrubs. It's such a shame because when we arrived we both thought what a lovely place, with pleasant reception staff and I'm afraid they were let down by the food and bar staff. It is a bit out the way but if you have a car, as we did, you can get around. I would say a car is a must.

Pretty disappointed over all.
We booked a 'villa' and perhaps set our hopes too high, but we arrived and walked into a completely bug infested, dated room, and not really nice.. it looks like a shed to be honest. They promptly moved us to a nice a modern room but nothing but an apology to make up for the disappointment with the villa. Buffet breakfast is mediocre, poolside restaurant is overpriced and ridiculously slow, the kids pool is too deep for small kids (ie. 3 year old), no toys or anything, and there was broken glass on the pool deck.. should i go on? Pool closes at 7 but they blast music on the pool deck/restaurant until midnight on weekends. It's horrible. Just not what I was expecting for the $187 price tag, I think this was the most expensive property we found.

Hotel is very isolated from shops etc. The hotel does not provide transport service to get around. There aren't any kettles in your rooms, and the restaurant menu is very limited ( all the food was bland ). Breakfast menu very basic too.

Hotel property is fabulous. Food is awful at resort, for no apparent reason. Fortunately there are a couple good restaurants nearby. Front desk staff was wonderful, especially Valentina and Guisy. Hotel rooms are poorly appointed and beds are uncomfortable. Fortunately, the pools, beautiful views and refreshing sea make up for the other deficiencies.

Fabulous fabulous fabulous hotel!! Spent our last 3 nights her away from crazy Palermo in this gem of a hotel! Staff are very nice and helpful they printed our boarding pass for our return flight for us. The swimming pools are a great size, salt water pool is way nicer to swim in doesn't feel as cold as main pool. Got the chance to rent snorkels to go into the ocean amazing! Rented the canoe for the two of us €15 lovely way to see the sunset. Worth getting a sea view room for few extra euros. Beds are like clouds from heaven the whole room pool and hotel was spotless we got room 320 big balcony also, great to sit out in the mornings. They played music at night the resident entertainer had great crowds at the bar and people danced every night beside the pool. I'd return here again in the morning only down fault is the food. It's disgustingly bad worse then a school canteen. Breakfast you could survive but milk for cereal always warm never cold, bread was always stale never fresh, and scrambled eggs were made from powder... Bleughhhhh!! Dinner forget it run run run away we ate in two fab restaurants one on the left of the hotel exit only across the road lovely Italian pizza :) and there's another restaurant on right side of the exit about 300 metres down and u have to walk up a small road to get there. It was fab!! Ocean views and all!!
