Lovely rental for 2-4 people

The condo is well laid out with rooms and bathrooms of perfect size. The unit was clean and had ample supplies. Location is perfect for access to downtown historic Santa Fe.

Santa Fe Born

My wife and I are from Santa Fe and we moved away 44 years ago. We have traveled back to Santa Fe and have stayed with family and in many different hotels. After staying at Fort Marcy condos we will never stay anywhere else. Beautiful location and the facilities were amazing. It was home away from home.

Overall our unit was fine: clean, comfortable, and functional. The unit was a bit dated in decor, but that didn't affect our stay. We valued the price of the rental and would come back.

Close but not quite what we thought

This is clearly a corporate-owned property, furnished with the bare minimumn of amenities, in particular, the kitchen lacked most essentials. The rooms were large and comfortable, but I don't recommend this property for anyone who may have limitations with steps (outside). We struggled getting in and out of our unit daily. This property does NOT have in unit laundry, and the community laundry is only open from 10-5 so if you are out during the day, it was not helpful. Our cable TV was not functional. On the plus side, it was a quiet property and easy to get to town (NOT walkable as advertised, so we had to drive in). If you're young and able-bodied, this would be fine.

Visit to Santa Fe

Nice property and close to downtown Santa Fe. Nice decor. Only issue was TV would go off every 30 minutes or so and would have to unplug and re-plug to get back on.
