We had a wonderful stay in the casita. Lovely decor, all the amenities you could want, and close enough to the heart of downtown we could easily walk there. Highly recommend.
Cute, Cozy, Quiet
We were within walking distance of most of our destinations. And, an easy drive to Museum Hill and Randall Davey Audubon Center and Sanctuary!

Great little cottage, amazing location
My family of three spent Christmas in this cottage and toured the sights of Santa Fe. The location was perfect for getting around, and the space had everything we needed to feel at home while away. The guest contact was helpful when we had a few questions. It was a great stay.
We enjoyed our stay here - the casita had everything we needed and it was very clean. Host was easy to get ahold of. We really enjoyed the proximity to downtown. Thanks so much!
It was a little difficult to find this place down an alley, but the location turned out to be great. Very clean and comfortable. The owner made it homey and attractive. I would stay here again.

Great stay
Exactly as described. Well stocked. It stayed cool during the warm July days. We walked to restaurants and museums. It was excellent.
Anna was the perfect hostess and stayed in touch with us before our check-in due to a road closing
She gave us two options to check in and even the contact name and number of the neighbor. We love touring Santa Fe, Albuquerque, and towels. And especially love the outdoor patio with table and chairs for our downtime.

Great Location and Communication
The casita is nice for 2 people. It is well stocked. Communication was excellent with the owner. My son and I stayed for a long weekend. This location provided easy walking distance to the plaza and surrounding areas.
Walked everywhere. The unit was clean and just like described in pictures. We would stay again. Thanks

Comfortable stay
Adorable casita with thoughtful features. Washer and dryer were a really welcome amenity and quiet and friendly neighbors in the plaza. Google had a hard time routing us to the driveway- but after a couple ins/outs we had it down. Nice separation of space for our group (me, two young kids and my dad)Would stay again!
The property was perfect for our needs. Came from Durango for IFAM w/ my college girlfriend. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay - well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, walkable location. Had occasion to need support from the property owner and she was easy to connect with. Book with confidence.
Charming little adobe. Very clean and tidy. Loved the outside patio.
Close to downtown, we walked to the Plaza every day.
A great little brewery nearby for an evening drink and chat.
Perfect for our stay in Santa Fe.
Lovely!
This rental felt like a real home with nice decor and comfortable furniture throughout the small house. We spent a lot of time on the patio in the cool evenings! It was a little hard to find upon arrival, but once we got settled we really enjoyed being able to walk less than a mile to the old town. Highly recommended!
The location was ideal for walking to the Santa Fe Plaza. The parking and entrance to the property did not enhance our experience. Backing up from the designated spot was a challenge. Lots of towels available.
We are walkers, so this cute little casita was perfect for us as we could walk to just about everywhere. The casita suited our needs in every aspect. Thanks to Anna for help in getting us to the unit as there was street construction that made it confusing. The parking wasn’t ideal, and I was glad I had a fairly small car. But, that is Santa Fe. The casita was very clean and well-stocked. We loved our stay!
A cozy two room Adobe. It has everything you could need to enjoy your stay. It is in walking distance of the downtown area with plenty of shops and restaurants. The owner is super communicative and willing to help solve any problems. From the pictures it is difficult to tell that it is located on a short dirt road passing several other small dwellings. It's also the third back property and it's own lot at the end of the road. However, the directions are accurate and finding the place is easy. Would stay again!

3 days in Santa Fe
Convenient location for any adventure. Quiet all day and night. The casita is small and perfect for the 2 of us. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, cookware and very nice dinnerware and glasses. Beds were comfy and warm. Even bath robes were provided!
Evolve was great to work with, they kept us informed all the way. Our contact, Anna, responded immediately to my questions. We would stay again.

Stay & Play Santa Fe
This cottage was situated perfectly for those seeking a convenient blend of outdoor adventure (biking, hiking, running) and walkable access to downtown. Very easy and close access to trails and the downtown plaza. The cottage had all of the amenities we desired; appliances, coffee, ample dish-wares/cutlery, and a cooling system that kept it very comfortable during the heat of the day. The only drawback for our party of 4 was the compact space/furniture layout which made for difficult gear storage for things we preferred not to leave in the car. Overall, would still recommend this space.

Small, cozy and clean, as advertised
A great place that is as advertised. Located in a nice neighborhood just a short distance from the plaza, the place is at the end of an alleyway; don't be deterred when you first turn in and wonder if you are in the right spot. You park at the end of the alley, walk around the front unit (the guys who live there are very nice) and arrive in the little courtyard you see in the pictures. The place inside is very clean and cozy. It was my wife and I and our two teenage sons, and we fit fine. (note that bed were a full and a queen, I think. We are not We went to the ski slopes each day, so we just a nice place to eat some takeout food and sleep. If you're looking for a place to really hang out with a family, you might want more space. The place is very well stocked, both in the kitchen and bathroom. A full-size washer dryer was nice for us given that we had ski gear to wash.
