Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
NO VAYAN, terrible todo! Hice una reserva por Hotels.com cuando llegué a las 4:00 PM a la recepción me indican que la habian cancelado desde las 11:00 AM y nunca me avisaron, si me queria quedar en el hotel debia pagar otra habitación y esperar 15 días que Hotels.com me devolviera el dinero de la reserva. La indiferencia de las que atienden en la recepción ante la situación no tiene nombre. La comida y la atención de todo el personal, perversa, y ni hablar de los elevados precios.
