"Unfortunately, this was a terrible experience for us which was confusing based on previous reviews! The staff told us to park in a place that gave us a pricey parking ticket, then told us it was our fault. Additionally, the listing told us 3 could fit in a room when in fact it was not true. When I asked the staff about this, they got extremely upset and told us we booked for one person which wasn’t true. The room is clean enough and the location is great I’ll give them that. They also kept telling me that I shouldn’t be upset because I paid a standard discounted rate, but wouldn’t grant a refund. Overall it was a very unprofessional experience and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone!"

"Delicious breakfast, super helpful staff who assisted carrying our bags and gave us loads of ideas for things to do and places to eat, also reserving us restaurants. Room lovely and cool, and clean. Good shower and comfy beds. Be aware though, very steep stairs up to the rooms, so no good for mobility challenged. We also found it quite difficult to find, google maps had us driving down pedestrian streets and up staircases! So that was quite a challenge, but the lovely lady guided us via WhatsApp and we made it eventually! Very glad that we did. A lovely place to stay!"

"There was no welcome when we arrived at the Hotel. We were told of many things we could not do. We had not booked breakfast and they were unable to provide breakfast. We had a 5 night stay at a 4 star hotel and they were unable to provide breakfast - this is a first in 45 years of international travel. When we were shown to the room we were told NOT to use the jacuzzi bath. Further the hotel car park we were told would be €15 / night. During the stay I reviewed the conditions of our booking and found the car park was €10 / night - they reluctantly agreed. on check out, to the revised price when I showed the condition. Further the conditions stated they are multilingual (English, Italian, French) - if using a telephone app to translate counts as multilingual, then yes. Further the conditions stated that front desk is 24 hours - we can only speak for the daytime and it was never fully manned. Walking into reception was at times like the Marie Celeste."

"We loved the location of this property and the staff were very kind! It’s super walkable to the whole town and the beach. Very convenient to the beach as well. The building was under construction, but we did not find it too noisy or anything. Breakfast in the downstairs lobby was good. Room still needs some fine tuning, the safe is in the closet, but you can’t open the door to access it because the nightstand is in the way. There were no extra blankets or anything, and to get the tub unplugged we had to use a knife to pop it out. Not things that made the stay horrible, but little details that they will hopefully work on. "
