"We were contacted with clear instructions on how to access the room and where to park. The room was clean and comfortable, and located in the cool historic area of the town. The hostess was very helpful with making dinner and activity recommendations and helping with any questions. Breakfast was in a lovely space and had several options. Easy check out. All in all an excellent experience, highly recommend."

"Unfortunately, this was a terrible experience for us which was confusing based on previous reviews! The staff told us to park in a place that gave us a pricey parking ticket, then told us it was our fault. Additionally, the listing told us 3 could fit in a room when in fact it was not true. When I asked the staff about this, they got extremely upset and told us we booked for one person which wasn’t true. The room is clean enough and the location is great I’ll give them that. They also kept telling me that I shouldn’t be upset because I paid a standard discounted rate, but wouldn’t grant a refund. Overall it was a very unprofessional experience and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone!"

"There was no welcome when we arrived at the Hotel. We were told of many things we could not do. We had not booked breakfast and they were unable to provide breakfast. We had a 5 night stay at a 4 star hotel and they were unable to provide breakfast - this is a first in 45 years of international travel. When we were shown to the room we were told NOT to use the jacuzzi bath. Further the hotel car park we were told would be €15 / night. During the stay I reviewed the conditions of our booking and found the car park was €10 / night - they reluctantly agreed. on check out, to the revised price when I showed the condition. Further the conditions stated they are multilingual (English, Italian, French) - if using a telephone app to translate counts as multilingual, then yes. Further the conditions stated that front desk is 24 hours - we can only speak for the daytime and it was never fully manned. Walking into reception was at times like the Marie Celeste."
