• Cozy balcony with chair and table to enjoy the view
• Kitchen equipped with dining room for 5 people.
• Suite with private bathroom, queen bed and large closet.
• 2nd room with 2 twin beds and large closet
• Guest bathroom with shower
• Workspace with chair and desk.

It is ideal for small families, couples or executives.

RESERVATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FROM THIRD PARTIES
*Capacity: 4 adults, and in the sofa bed 1 or 2 small children.
* One bath towel is provided per guest and one facial and floor towel per bathroom, plus linens for the number of guests indicated.
- Building rules and fines during the reservation are the guest's responsibility.
- Extra linen/bathroom and cleaning are requested and paid for separately, directly with us.
* Cleaning included in the price is done only at the end of the stay. If the guest wishes for extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged.
- Early check in and late check out are based on availability and have an extra charge.
- If you plan to arrive early in the morning or leave late at night, the only way to ensure availability is by booking an extra night before or after your stay.
