Website indicated a free airport shuttle may be available. It never was had to pay for taxi. Room very tired. Hotel block being renovated. Had to walk through carpet glue to g et to room.

Lovely and clean, spacious apartment. Nice breakfast. 10 minutes from the airport. If you ask the hotel to sort a taxi to the airport for you, you will pay double the normal price

Close to the airport
The hotel is very close to the airport, which is great if you need to stay only for a night or two. The staff is great and very helpful. The breakfast is good and since it's located inside a condo, the hotel is very safe. The only issue I found is that most of the carpets are very dirty.

Excellent that this hotel is so close to airport, didn’t seem to be the type of neighborhood for an evening stroll, but the hotel grounds are nice & behind patrolled security gate. Quiet sleep, ok breakfast, wonderful staff. Found a couple small spiders, but this is Bolivia. Bedding etc was clean. Will stay again when all I need is a quick overnight for connecting flight.

As an airport hotel it works fine
Works fine as an overnight stop for the airport. The wifi in the room at the end of the corridor wasn't very good.

Was impressed when opened my room's door. I booked a one-bedroom room, but got more of a suite as the rooms are apartment style. Obviously much bigger than standard hotel rooms as it has kitchen and living room. The kitchen was built with quartz, so it adds quite a bit of elegance and looks. Kitchen electronics seem nice and new. Negative notes: -Flat screen TV was a bit disappointing. RC didn't work well and no cable channels - No hot shower water Overall, it went beyond my expectations. Great for a short stay in SC near the airport.

Convenient hotel close to the airport
I arrived late at night and had to leave early the next morning to catch an international flight so I couldn’t use the amenities offered, but the location was very convenient due to the airport closeness. Breakfast was enough with a variety of teas to select from.

A great stay
My stay is still going on --I moved to a larger suite to accommodate my visitors. The hotel has been "super" accommodating. I must give a special thanks to Javier. I also must say how great room service is---both the waiters, the gentleman who takes the orders and their cook. All my visitors have raved about the menu items. Mil Gracias

Nice overnight stay
Big 2 bedroom apt. A little dusty but no big deal. Check water heater in kitchen for pilot light before shower if you need a warm shower. Only 15 minutes from airport. Learn some Spanish and download a SpanishDict and will be fine. There seemed to be at least 1 person at each shift who spoke some Spanish but don’t be the arrogant American who refused to learn even a few survival phrases before traveling to a Spanish speaking country.

A very safe, comfortable hotel. Extremely friendly staff, good service. Good internet in the lobby, slower in the room. Room was good, a little worn, but very large. It was nice to sit by the pool. We appreciated the airport transfer (100BS) and secure complex.

Great overnight stay for early return to US
This is a terrific hotel at a terrific price just 20 minutes (70 BA, $10) by cab from the airport. Part of a seriously gated condominium community, it is a very safe and quiet environment, with a nice restaurant, outdoor pool, and breakfast selection. Staff was friendly and very helpful; my (limited) proficiency in Spanish was appreciated. Just wonderful.

Don't be fooled by the pictures
Definitemy not what you see in the pictures. The pool is good but the room is not. Sticky tile floors, safe did not work well but they did provide a solution. Not what I expected for the price. The front sign has 5 stars next to the name but this is no better than your average Days Inn in the US

Some odd quirks but would stay again
We paid a very high price compared to other accommodation in Santa Cruz but as it was advertised "5 stars" we took the leap. Overall it was a good experience, the room was well maintained & we felt safe (important in Santa Cruz) though still not convinced about overall value for money. We came across some odd quirks: 1) The doormen refused to allow us to walk through the main gate (even if it was open), insisting we walk through the pedestrian gate, which meant going out of our way for no reason at all. 2) On initial arrival to the hotel we were told we could swim 24/7 in the pool, but be aware that after 11 no staff are around. Well we tried swimming after 11pm only to have a manager come and tell us to get out. 3) The door locking system for the rooms is very complicated - one of the hardest to figure out, especially later at night when one wants to slip back into their room. I would suggest they upgrade to an electronic swipe system as soon as possible to avoid further grief to their clients. 4) The breakfast was pretty good, enjoyed the pancakes & syrup. For some reason all of the bread was hard / didn't taste fresh and we couldn't get the toaster to work.

Nice and affordable hotel in Santa Cruz
Staff was very nice and attentive. Food was excellent and authentically Bolivian. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.
