そもそも営業してませんでした、、、入り口にホームレスの方が寝ており、全館、階段でさえ電気が付いてませんでした。

Me cobraron un día adicional. No lo recomiendo

Hicimos el contacto con Hoteles.com por tres días. En el momento de la recepción y unas horas antes de retirarnos también se confirmó que la estadía sería por tres, sin embargo cuando nos retirarnos un empleado llamado Mauricio de forma prepotente y malcriada nos indicó que deberíamos pagar por 4 dias, caso contrario, NO podíamos retirarnos del Hotel. Por la premura del vuelo para el regreso accedí ante este abuso. Por esta razón no recomiendo este Hotel.

Disappointing stay

I was really looking forward to a bit of luxury after travelling for 6 weeks. Unfortunately I was greeted with judgment for having a backpack and then found that the facilities in my room were shocking. There wasn't even any hot water.

Hotel antiguo no muy limpio

Una abeja dentro del baño cuando ingrese, un mosquito muerto en la jabonera, hotel antiguo se oian ruidos extraños, no hay botones, no hay nada de cortesia en la bienvenida, no hacen la limpieza como debe ser, el personal no es muy servicial

Su infraestructura es antigua, wifi lento, tv cable malo, tv pequeña, la verdad no fue lo que esperaba, el desayuno muy pobre.

Deficiente en mantencion y servicio

Deficiente hotel. El aire acondicionado botaba mucha agua todo el dia y noche, mojando alfombras y debiendo usar toallas para evitar problemas. Al regresar a la habitacion un dia, la puerta de la habitación estaba abierta y sin chapa, y no hubo explicación hasta exigirla. Otro dia el hotel dispuso un "taxi que trabajaba con ellos" y en el viaje la policía lo detuvo y se llevo al chofer detenido por ser un taxi ilegal y circular con patente cubierta.

Hotel limpio y bien ubicado

Estuvo bien. Al inicio casi no hacen valer mi reservación vía Hoteles.com así que recomiendo reservar pero también llamar al hotel para cerciorar. Lo bueno es que hicieron valer mi reserva y me dieron una habitación incluso más grande y cómoda.

hotel con un lindo personal de servicio y amable.

El lugar de ubicacion del hotel, hace que puedas muy bien interactuar con otros escenarios turisticos y de servicios con mayor facilidad y seguridad, porque para el tiempo que uno esta hospedado, esta muy bien y satisfactoio y por eso lo repetira en otra oportunidad.
