Location, location, location! This spacious house is located one block from the ocean, It's the perfect location for anyone coming to town to surf, relax, or enjoy everything Santa Cruz has to offer! Sleeps six comfortably! World-class surfing and eateries are a short walk away! Permit: 181329

Due to great natural light and neutral furnishings, this house photographs very well but it is an older home with some older features and wear. It is a great value stay for the area!

- Many neighbors live here full-time and are very sensitive to noise. Any disturbances to the neighbors (loud noise or gatherings of any sort) will not be tolerated.
- This is a shared property with 2 other homes occupied by neighbors.

Guest Access:
You will have the entire home to yourself, however the property is shared with the other rentals and also shares a wall with the next door unit, so noise can be heard from the neighboring unit from time to time. If you are sensitive to noise, this may not be the best location for you. Please inquire further before booking if you have any questions. You will also share the parking area and outside space with these other parties.

The iconic surf breaks like "The Hook" attract surfers from around the world. This vibrant community boasts a unique blend of surf shops, cafes, and local boutiques. Stroll along East Cliff Drive, savor fresh seafood, or catch a mesmerizing sunset from the cliffs. With its bohemian spirit and proximity to the lively Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Pleasure Point offers a quintessential California beach experience.

This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

We respect our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property. With this, outside activities are prohibited between 10 pm - 6 am due to noise disturbance to neighbors.
- Although we love pets, we have some guests with severe allergies and for that reason cannot allow any pets.
- This is a Santa Cruz historic home so it has character and some quirks.
- We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
- TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels.
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
