Adorable Seabright Bungalow - Steps to the Beach!

This California Craftsman Bungalow on the Santa Cruz Historical Register is beautiful, spotlessly clean, fully furnished and is one house off East Cliff Drive overlooking Seabright Beach.

The location is ideal as it is walking distance to the beach and to numerous Santa Cruz attractions including the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor, Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Municipal Wharf, Lighthouse Point and Steamer Lane, and Natural History Museum. Everything you'll need is close by- Verve Coffee Roasters as well as dozens of restaurants including fan-favorites Seabright Brewery, Crow's Nest, and more.

After a fun day out at the beach (umbrella, towels, and chairs provided), rinse off in the private outdoor shower before coming inside to relax by the gas fireplace and watch a movie (Television/ cable included). Make yourself at home in the fully-equipped kitchen as we have provided the basic necessities to make a wonderful homemade meal- Small appliances include coffee maker, blender, & toaster. Fully equipped with dishes, glassware/barware, cooking utensils, and basic spices.

Upstairs, the large Master Bedroom contains a Queen bed, and the other bedroom has 2 twins (both bedrooms have dressers and closets for unpacking!). A 1/2 bath upstairs makes things even more convenient.

There is an impeccably manicured English garden with grass front yard and sideyard concrete patio (including table and chairs for outside dining, if preferred) and Weber barbecue.

This fantastic cottage is loved by all.

The bungalow was the perfect size for our family of 4. Loved the location and the owners are super friendly and accommodating. Found everything we needed to make a couple meals in and plenty of options in walking distance as well. Would love to come back another time!

Great location and charming house!

The location was fantastic with ocean views from the upstairs. The house was charming and comfortable and had beautiful gardens. My family almost did not want to leave the house to explore the city!

UCSC Graduation Family Weekend

Great Little Cottage

We loved this cottage! It is literally steps away from the beach and a short walk to the boardwalk. Everything was so clean and comfortable for us. It was great to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. I 💯 recommend!

Excellent house for my husband and me and our two grandchildren (7 and 9). Easy walk to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable living room. Friendly neighbors—everyone said hi as we strolled up and down the block!

Marvellous beach house, 100y old but in very good condition

Cosy little wooden house just around the corner of the beach, 100y old with original interior but very well maintained, quiet surrounding but shops and restaurants nearby, very nice hosts living just next door, strongly recommended for all who are looking for a relaxed holiday home to get a real impression of Santa Cruz.
