localizacao privilegiada

Excelente localização, 1 quadra da praça principal, perto de restaurantes, super seguro de se deslocar a pé, estacionamento fácil de manobrar, prédio renovado, tudo novinho, café da manhã merece destaque especial, muito caprichado pela Sra Sil, dá gosto de olhar e degustar. A única ressalva é o barulho de carros da rua (janelas de pvc e vidro duplo resolveriam, quem sabe numa proxima reforma?), peça um quarto de fundos e não terá nenhum problema.
