My family of four stayed here. The place was very clean and tidy. Host was very responsive. It was initially a computer figure I communicated with but it will very quickly pass my query to a human person as needed. There was a number to call for very urgent queries, and the phone handlers could speak English.
Check in was smooth, I could access basement parking but the entrance/exit was so steep and curved that I decided to park on the street to prevent damaging my rented car.
We had a mini-accident with the bathroom glass but it didn't matter as the host quickly got it sorted.
The apartment has no pressing iron. So check with the host if you really need one or come with yours.
