We enjoyed the location and the place was all we needed. Big downside; construction activities happening on the level above us. Very loud noise. Permit was already issued in February and we would have appreciated to hear about this earlier than just a week in advance.That is why we rated comms poorly. Other than that Angeles reponded

Classic appartment with a lot of space in it. Beach and shops are at walking distance. Enough parking space although it is sometimes a bit full. No airco in appartment.

Excellent séjour. Localisation idéale. Communication très fluide et cordiale avec la propriétaire. Appartement bien entretenu et équipé.
Sehr gemütliche und prima ausgestattete Wohnung in zentraler und gleichzeitig sehr ruhiger Lage am Ende der Fußgängerzone. Bis auf eine sehr harte Matratze im Einbettzimmer war alles sehr schön. Hier noch ein Tipp: Um bei Ankunft an die Schlüsselbox vor der Wohnungstür zu kommen, die Haustüre mit einem festen Ruck aufdrücken. Wir standen zunächst eine Weile hilflos vor dem Haus und wussten nicht, wie wir reinkommen.
Maravillosa experiencia en este amplio apartamento. Cuenta con todos los accesorios para sentirte como en casa. La limpieza es impecable. Zona silenciosa y tranquila a pesar de celebrarse las fiestas de la capital en el momento que nos alojamos. La ubicación es excelente, muchos servicios en los alrededores: supermercados, restaurantes, farmacia, comercios, etc. La comunicación con la anfitriona ha sido directa y resuelta. Lo recomiendo.
Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.Betten bzw Matratzen sehr gut, großer Balkon. Gut ausgestattet, angenehme und bequeme Einrichtung, sehr sauber.Das Parken war manchmal etwas schwierig,letztendlich fand man aber immer etwas.Parkplatz.
Lo mejor de la casa es, sin duda, su ubicación. Con alguna cosilla que mejorar fue, en general, una estancia muy agradable que volveríamos a repetir. Gracias :)
Die Whg ist insgsamt sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. In der Küche ist alles vorhandetn, was man zum Kochen benötig.
Die Lage ist sehr gut, am Ende der Fussgängerzone in SC. Lediglich die Parkplatzsituation ist etwas schwach, aber das ist überall in SC so.
Da während unseres Aufenthaltes niemand in der Whg über uns war, war es auch sehr ruhig. Ob das immer so ist, kann man natürlich nicht vorhersagen.

Direkt am Rande der Fußgängerzone, ca. 100 m vom Meer/Strand entfernt liegt die großzügige Ferienwohnung..
Gute Einrichtung und Lage, aber nicht ganz ruhig, da in der Nachbarschaft tagsüber Papageien sehr sehr laut schreien und dort auch ein Hund unablässig bellt. Nachts ruhig !!
