We met a couple of other pilgrims and became fast friends over afternoon glasses of beer and wine from the “honor kitchen” while sitting outside on the courtyard patio in a tiny, quiet hamlet. "It is a bit out of Santiago but we managed to use the bus. The bus stops across the road from the hotel. And they run frequently."
