    Fantastic villa with private pool, air conditioning, solarium, terrace, barbecue, wifi, a charming chill-out area and with all kinds of amenities to enjoy an unforgettable holiday on the Costa Brava.

    The house is located in a quiet urbanization in an idyllic setting and with easy access to the main coves and beaches in the area since the accommodation is only 8.9 km from the sea. Inside we find a large dining room with access to the terrace, kitchen with access to the other terrace where there is the chill-out area and beyond the barbecue, 3 bedrooms (a suite with double bed and bathroom, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds) 2 bathrooms (1 in the suite), and a wide list of additional services and amenities:

Accueil à l'agence très agréable et formalités simples. Maison bien située sur les hauteurs pour découvrir les alentours avec des ambiances différentes : San felui de Guixol, playa d'Aro et les nombreuses criques alentour. Terrasse, salon extérieur ,végétation, cuisine d' été et piscine très agréable. Quartier calme. Une très bonne expérience. Nous recommandons Costa Brava SI.

Lovely villa in a great location!

A very comfortable villa, well-located, good indoor and outdoor spaces and a gorgeous swimming pool. The only issue for us was that coming from Northern Europe we found the heat uncomfortable and sleeping difficult. Fans in the bedrooms would therefore have been greatly appreciated! Other than that, it was lovely.

Villa conforme à la description. Ana est d’une disponibilité magnifique . On a vraiment profité du calme qui entoure cette maison . Montagne boisée. Dommage il manque la climatisation en cette période de grande chaleur

Sehr freundliche Dame im Büro. Tolles Haus mit allem was man braucht. Toller Pool. Ganz toller Aussenbereich. Schöner Strand ca 20 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Leider sehr unebenen und sehr gewundene Straße die zum und vom Haus in die Stadt/zum Strand führt.Ich würde gerne wiederkommen!

Sehr zufrieden!

Wir sind sehr zufrieden,da das Haus mit allem ausgestattet ist was man benötigt! Auch ist alles so wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos ersichtlich. Wir hatten als Familie mit befreundeter Familie ein paar tolle, erholsame Urlaubstage. Der Pool und Aussenbereich ist top! Dort war es ruhig. Die Nachbarn sehr diskret(falls sie überhaupt da waren). Nur der Weg nach oben, auf einem Berg wo das Haus mit vielen anderen steht,ist etwas erschwerlich. Da die Strasse 1. steil und gewunden ist und 2. die Beschaffenheit der Wege eher schlecht sind. Das sind aber eher Beschwerden auf hohen Niveau,da alles andere super war. Der Strand ist eher in 25 Min erreichbar(Auto) Und die nächsten Geschäfte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca.15 Minuten entfernt. Die Dame vom Büro war sehr nett. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen! :-)

La maison est très grande, agréable à vivre, et plutôt bien équipée. La piscine a nécessité l'intervention d'un technicien dès le premier jour car l'eau était particulièrement trouble, mais l'intervention a été rapide (le lendemain) et efficace. Le salon d'été est particulièrement appréciable car totalement couvert (ombre assurée et protection contre la pluie). La cuisine est bien équipée, même si quelques verres supplémentaires (autres que des verres à bière…) seraient appréciables. Dernière chose : la maison est bien aérée, car elle se situe sur les hauteurs, à environ 2 kilomètres de la ville en contrebas, donc il fait toujours bon, pas trop chaud l'été. La contre partie est que le véhicule est indispensable pour les petites courses, la c&oci

In the house there is everything for a successful holiday. We enjoyed the good amenities in the house (lots of space), the beautiful swimming pool, the quiet area, the privacy, the helpful agency, ... Only the wooden bench outside may be renewed. The surrounding area offers many opportunities for fun excursions: Barcelona, ​​Girona, Tossa De Mar, Platja d'Aro, nice (smaller) beaches (Sa Conca) nearby ... The coastal road between Sant Feliu De Guixols and Tossa De Mar is breathtaking. We had a great holiday and definitely recommended.
