"Clean room, extremely soft and comfortable bed! I can’t remember the last time I was on a spring mattress that was so soft, it felt like I was on a cloud! I came in late with my partner as we needed a place to stay during our travels and the gentleman downstairs was extraordinarily kind and sweet! He helped us check in and let us know of the complimentary breakfast in the morning which was fantastic! Cannot recommend this place higher! The ambience was amazing and their lobby was truly breathtaking, reminiscent of an old 60’s luxury hotel but with all the modern amenities!! If we’re back in the area we are certain we’ll stay here again, the staff are super friendly and helpful but that bed my goodness I wish I had it at home!!! "

"It definitely was not as expected. Hotels.com had a 4+ rating and that was definitely not our experience or opinion. The staff was nice and did offer some assistance. I did not like the location of the hotel, we were assigned a room where the traffic noise was horrible. The window opened about 3”, maybe that’s standard. They did however offer to change the room but by the time we returned from dinner we were too tired and also decided to checkout really early. The screen on the window was half off and the room smelled, they did give us some Lysol which helped. Bathroom was clean. BTW not a lot of great restaurants in the area."

"The hotel is fine, but basically in a mall. Parking is a hassle and paid. Not easy to come and go. Water problem meant no plumbing from 10-3pm! Crazy."

" The room’s bathroom has someone hair all over the bathtub and the floor was sticky but from the moment we checked in they have to move us ti 3 different rooms due to different issues so we were tired to keep complaining and moving around The parking lot was big and easy to park but not security and open to anyone so it wasn’t too safe "
